It is their responsibility to know when the deadline is as the shop will NOT be reminding you personally.If a customer will not be able to pay on time, they can inform a few hours before the deadline. A Late Payment Fee of ₱10.00/day will apply.Unfulfilled payments will be automatically cancelled if a customer did not pay on time or failed to inform us of the delay beforehand. 1. Do you have books by [Author]?
If the product you're looking for is available in our website, then yes.If not, you may request your favorite author on our CuriousCat and we might open pre-orders for their books in the future.2. Will you restock this [BPPH Merch]?For Photocards and other merch items, unless we state that it is [Limited Edition], we will surely restock the items.Restock will now be available on our website for pre-order, we might also post some onhand on our Shopee account from time to time.3. Do you have Cash-On-Delivery?We do NOT offer COD especially on pre-order items or books available on our website. We try our best to help you with the Payment Terms by providing some Installment Options on certain books.However, we do offer COD for Shopee items like onhand Photocards and other paper products.4. Can I change my order?We do NOT allow any changes in your order that's why we insist that you make sure your order is complete and correct before checking out.We only allow courier changes if it is for Book Pre-orders, we will be sending out Change/Update of Details form via email when the shipping is near.5. Will you sell [Book] inclusions separately?Some of the inclusions are strictly for freebies that's why we are unable to sell them separately.For those that can be sold separately, we can open for pre-orders if we reach a certain number of possible orders.6. How much is the shipping fee for [Merch or Book]?Usually we are unable to give you the exact amount since it will be based on your location, weight and size (if it fits the courier pouch or it should be put in a box) of the parcel.However, you may check the Info Page for the Estimated Shipping Fees.
